How far is the Hotel from the town center and the bus station?
The Hotel is located in the center of Sanlúcar, 350 meters from the beach, 200 meters from the city center and 100 meters from the bus station (approximate distances).

Does the Hotel provide transfer from the Station and/or Airport of Jerez de la Frontera to the Hotel?
If you request it, we can inform you of the means of transportation available and, in the case of a taxi, provide this service, always subject to availability.
The bus and train station in Jerez de la Frontera are next to each other and from these there is easy access by bus to Sanlúcar. There is a train that connects the airport and the train station in that city.

How to get to Sanlúcar de Barrameda and the Hotel?
Depending on whether you come from Seville or the rest of Andalusia, you will find all the information on the website www.hotelguadalquivir.com under Contact and Location.
In addition, upon arrival in Sanlúcar there are signs indicating the place where the Hotel is located.

Does the hotel have parking?
For loading and unloading luggage, in front of the hotel door. Underground parking next to the hotel, with special rates for guests staying.

Check-in (entry time) and Check-out (departure time) policy?
Check in: From 2:00 p.m. We can provide you with access to the room before 2:00 p.m., if possible.
Check out: before 12 noon.
If you wish to postpone your departure, check availability and options at reception.
Does the hotel have any insurance?
The Hotel has a Civil Liability Insurance that covers clients for various causes originating within its facilities.

Do you offer smoking rooms?
The rooms are non-smoking, but we offer rooms with a terrace for smokers. Always subject to availability.

Can I get an Upgrade (improvement) on the room reserved on arrival?
Yeah. If there is availability and with a supplement that the Reception will inform you.

It is free and available in all hotel facilities. At the entrance they will provide you with the password.

We do not have a children's menu, but we can offer you dishes suitable for children.

I have read that there is a Pub on the 11th Floor of the Hotel with terraces and spectacular views of Sanlúcar, the National Park, the River and the Atlantic Ocean. What are the opening hours?
It can be visited between 3:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. from Sunday to Thursday and until 3:00 a.m. on weekends. In high season every day from 3:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. in the morning.

What meal option does the Hotel offer if we have not hired them?
Buffet breakfast in the Restaurant from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., or breakfast of your choice in the Central Station Cafeteria from 8:00 a.m.
Lunch in the dining room: (Menu) from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Dinner in the dining room: (Menu) from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
In our Central Station Tavern: Lunches and Dinners, Menu and à la Carte with portions, select meats, hamburgers, salads, etc.

Can I change the contracted dinner for lunch?
Yeah. Only previously informing the Reception the day before before 8:00 p.m.
Can I eat à la carte if I have contracted the Alimentary Board or Half Board?
Yes, paying only the amount of the dishes you request.

My stay coincides with a name day/anniversary, what can you organize for me?
Let us know upon arrival or in advance and we can organize a celebration of your choice, from decorating the room "romantic", a special meal, a party, a bouquet of flowers, a cake or simply a bottle of cava with canapés.
