The Hotel is located in the center of Sanlúcar, 350 metres from the beach, 200 metres from the city center and 100 metres from the bus station (approximate distances).
Does the hotel provide transfer from the Station and / or Jerez de la Frontera Airport to the Hotel?

The rooms are non-smoking but we offer rooms with a terrace for smokers. Subject to availability.

Yes. If there is availability and with a supplement that will be informed by the receptionist.

We do not have a children's menu but we can offer suitable dishes for children.
I have read that there is a pub on the 11th floor of the hotel with terraces and spectacular views of Sanlucar, National Park, Rio and Atlantic Ocean. What is the opening hours?
It can be visited between 3:30 p.m. and 12.00 midnight from Sunday to Thursday and until 03:00 a.m. on weekends. In peak season, you can enjoy it every day from 3 pm until 3 am in the morning.
What meal options does the Hotel offer if we have not booked them?
Breakfast buffet at the Restaurant from 07:30 am to 10:30 am or the breakfast of your choice at the Central Station Café from 8 am.
Lunch in the dining room: (Menu) from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. Dinner in the dining room: (Menu) from 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
In our Central Station Tavern: Lunches and Dinners, Menu and à la carte with portions, selected meats, hamburgers, salads, etc.
Can I change the booked dinner for lunch?
Yes, only if you inform the Reception one day in advance before 8:00 p.m.
Can I eat a la carte if I have booked the Full Board or Half Board?
Yes, you must pay the price of the dishes you request.
My stay coincides with a birthday / anniversary, can you organize anything for me?
Inform us upon arrival or in advance and we can organize a celebration of your choice, from decorating the room, a special meal, a party, a bouquet of flowers, a cake or simply a bottle of cava with canapés.
